On behalf of the Development Team of Hines/Archstone and the General Contractor, Clark/Smoot, we are pleased to invite your firm to the Pre-Solicitation Workshop for CityCenterDC in Washington, DC.

CityCenterDC will reshape the 10-acre lot bounded by 9th, H and 11th Streets and New York Avenue, NW. The project will include two office buildings, two apartment buildings and two condominium buildings, plus underground parking. All buildings are considered as separate projects and will provide a multitude of opportunities for District Certified Business Enterprises. Advertising for project bidding on Phase I contracts is expected in late July/early August 2010 and Contractors interested and able to bid on the following scopes of work are encouraged to attend.

Pre-Solicitation workshops were designed to provide you with detailed information on bid opportunities and are presented in separate trade groups by project managers responsible for these contracts. As a result the number of participants per trade workshop is limited and will be reserved for contractors using this Advanced Registration on a first come basis.

A confirmation that your registration was received and accepted will automatically be sent to the email listed as your contact information. It is important that you fully complete a Registration for EACH Workshop you wish to attend and make sure to SUBMIT at the bottom of EACH Workshop registration form. Advanced registration closes Wednesday, September, 1, 2010, however there will be registration on site.
