Take advantage of
this new opportunity for qualified buyers to visit the world's largest
incentive and recognition industry event. Enjoy complimentary accommodations
and other benefits, while networking with key domestic and international
suppliers.
Qualifying
Criteria: To qualify
for this program, you must be an active buyer of meeting, incentive,
conference, convention or other group travel programs (this includes
corporate end-users, incentive and meeting planners, and other travel
resellers) and you must provide information on your purchasing authority,
annual budget, previous programs, and potential for future business.
Hosted Buyers are required to attend eight (8) pre-scheduled appointments
with specific program sponsors during The Motivation Show in order to
receive the benefits outlined below. Additional appointments can be
scheduled with exhibitors of your choice. If you cannot meet these
criteria, please pass this invitation on to a qualified colleague.
Hosted Buyers will
receive the following benefits:
- Two (2) nights
accommodation in an official Motivation Show participating hotel
- Local round trip
transfers between OHare and Midway airport, official hotels
and McCormick Place
- Complimentary
Exhibit Hall registration
- Complimentary
Full-Conference registration to attend all education sessions of your
choice
- Access to exclusive
Hosted Buyer Lounge on the exhibit floor providing refreshments and
Internet access
- Access to hospitality
functions and networking events sponsored by participating sponsors
and organizations
There are
a limited number of Hosted Buyer openings, so we urge you to apply now!
Qualified applicants who do not receive Hosted Buyer status will receive
complimentary Exhibit Hall registration (a $20.00 value) and a 50% discount
off of the Full-Conference registration ($145 value).
