Hosted Buyer Program 2010 Application Form
An
exclusive opportunity for qualified buyers to visit North America's leading
incentive, meeting and recognition industry event, enjoy complimentary
accommodations and other benefits, while networking with key international
and domestic suppliers.
Qualifying
Criteria: To qualify
for this program, you must be an active buyer of (1) incentive travel,
meetings, conferences, conventions, or other group travel
programs (including corporate buyers, incentive and meeting planners,
and other travel resellers), or (2) merchandise incentives and
awards, promotional products, gift cards and business gifts
(including corporate buyers, agencies, promotional consultants, catalog
buyers, and other merchandise resellers), and you must provide information
on your purchasing authority, annual budget, previous programs, and
potential for future business.
Hosted Buyers are
required to attend a minimum of twelve (12) pre-scheduled appointments
with exhibitors on Wednesday and Thursday during The Motivation
Show exhibit hours (between 9:00am - 5:00pm) to receive the following
benefits. Additional appointments can be scheduled with exhibitors of
your choice.

Hosted Buyers will
receive the following benefits:
- Roundtrip airfare
(limited offer)
- Local transfers
between airport, official hotels and McCormick Place
- Hotel accommodations
for two (2) nights
- Exhibit Hall
registration for both days
- Lunch service
in the exhibit hall both days
- Full-Conference
registration to attend education sessions of your choice over the
three days of the conference
- Access to the
exclusive Hosted Buyer lounge on the exhibit floor providing refreshments
and internet access
- Access to hospitality
functions and networking events sponsored by participating organizations
Qualified applicants
who do not receive Hosted Buyer status will receive complimentary Exhibit
Hall registration (a $20.00 value) and a 50% discount off of the Full-Conference
registration ($145 value).
