You will be asked to provide your first and last name, zip code, and email address, among other demographic information about your business, all required to make you eligible. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern time, Sept. 1, 2002 and ends 11:59 PM Pacific time, Sept. 10, 2002. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No responsibility is assumed by Hanley-Wood, LLC for late, or misdirected, entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. 2. Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected on a monthly basis, randomly, from those remodelers who have completed that month's Reader Panel survey. The winners will be notified by email or phone. If winner is unreachable after 14 days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and promotional (see samples below).
   
   
3. Prizes: One prize will be awarded each month by Hanley-Wood LLC. The prize is a DeWalt 18-volt cordless heavy-duty hammerdrill driver kit, product #DW989K-2, with an estimated retail value of $270.
   
   
4. Eligibility: This sweepstakes/trade promotion is open to legal residents of the United States , who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, and who are engaged in the professional practice of residential remodeling. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of DeWalt and Hanley-Wood, LLC, or its respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

6. General Conditions: Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules. The laws of the United States govern the laws of this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize winners must execute and return Eligibility/Liability and Promotional releases within seven (7) days following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
